Salesforce is probably the most well-known and biggest player in the CRM space so it’s definitely worthy of a mention here. As with Dynamics, it doesn’t use SharePoint for its user interface, but it does offer integration with SharePoint document libraries. Salesforce will index your SharePoint documents makign them searchable directly from with it’s own application. Once you have located the document you need then it’s simple to bring it various entities with Salesforce.
